Dr. Konduskar has been a successful entrepreneur and business growth strategist since 1994 across multiple industries. He began his journey with a Printing Business in 1994, followed by founding Aishwarya Energy with the vision “Energy Saved is Energy Produced”.

In 2000, he ventured into the watch industry, where his dedication and precision earned him several national awards.

His journey includes leadership roles such as President at ASAPPP, Managing Director at 1 Defence, CEO at Securens Systems Pvt. Ltd., and Director at Thomson Reuters India.

An alumnus of Fr. Agnel’s Engineering College, Mumbai, he holds a Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering with SAP CRM certifications.

Aishwarya leads Operations and Strategy at SBA, focusing on system building, team alignment, and translating vision into execution while supporting scalable organizational growth.

A multidisciplinary creative with a background in Arts, Shrutika blends fashion, branding, influencer marketing, and strategic business development across industries.
